No Response on Inquiry
I don't enjoy giving negative comments, but the facts are what they are. I called the early part of May to inquire about installing a mini split system. The lady I spoke to said I needed to talk to "Jaime" and transferred me. I left a msg on Jaime's voice mail. After waiting 4\-5 days and not getting a return call from Jaime, I called again. I asked if Jaime was available and briefly explained my previous msg. The representative apologized and asked for my name. The representative came back moments later and said "Jaime was not available." Being a little frustrated, I didn't leave a msg this time. On May 17th, I called for the 3rd time and again was transferred to Jaime's voice mail. I left a msg and politely explained I had previously left a voice msg and hadn't heard back. As of today, 5/24/21, no return call. I have handled my inquiry with another company.
