Outstanding experience!
Terrific business experience, guess thats what a local multi generational 50+ year family owned company is all about. I had the pleasure of dealing at different times with Bob, Charlie, Greg, Jody, Kewan, Louis, Ricardo and Wyatt and would put any and all of them up against any other A/C professionals in the area from a very satisfied customer experience basis. My experience was not only outstanding but also above and beyond anything I have experienced from any contractor in this area during my 11+ years here and various large and small jobs performed and business ethics as viewed by the paying customer. I am totally thrilled by their recommendations as to my choices based on my needs rather than trying to sell me based on more expensive being necessarily better and bells and whistles I didn't need and would only complicate my product, price, projected maintenance and hoped for satisfaction. My installation and purchased final product involved various factors somewhat different from most other customers needs. Throughout the process I was kept informed as to how things were progressing, what to expect next and why and what they were doing and not doing what some other companies had proposed and why. All office staff and installers were thorough, neat, complete in their promised duties and what to expect, costs, time of predicted finish and clean up of the working area followed by instructions on how to get the most benefit from money spent as well as life to expect from my new equipment if maintained correctly rather than neglected. Mine was a totally pleasurable experience from estimate through to my watching their last truck exit my property with my proud new purchase humming along as promised, no hiccups anywhere along the way, no extra costs and another happy customer for sure. It was all business as it should be and what locals surely expect and hope for but don't always get. My job from the customer point of view was all inclusively outstanding from start to finish and yes, I did get other estimates and spoke with various other companies before making my decision. If there's any question about whether or not this company can handle your needs, simply go to their website and view one photo of their daily work vehicles, not your average shiny new decorated van with a barely trained guy inside to clean fins, drain clogs etc and to check electrical loads and recommend parts along with their annual maintenance plan, these are residential and commercial equipment vehicles, work trucks; think and compare this to what you see from your local utility providers and all the apparatuses hanging off them everywhere for any type job. I had three of these trucks at my home for my needs and up to six well trained individuals at one time to handle my needs which they did as experts in their field of A/C knowledge and experience.
