From the initial visit of seeing what kind of unit I would need for place to the installation, all went well. This included getting permits, registration of product and other documents. They made the process run very smoothly with just a few bumps along the way. Nothing on their part, but just a matter of getting the permits and condo approvals. Matt's communication was excellent and was always easy to get in contact with whenever I needed him to answer something about this. His two techs that did the installation (Ray and Mike) did an excellent and very thorough job. They also informed me about my system and educate me about it as much as possible.
