The blower motor on our furnace went out on Labor Day weekend. We called another HVAC company and they never returned our phone call. Our next call was to High Altitude Heating \& Air and within a few minutes Jarret contacted us and was on his way to our home. Since our furnace was 21 years old, we decided to replace it. The unit we decided to go with was a few day out from delivery to the warehouse. Another unit was going to be delivered to the warehouse a few days earlier and High Altitude contacted us to see if we might want to go with that furnace. It was slightly higher in cost than the unit we originally chose, but High Altitude Heating \& Air charged us for their original quote on our first choice. The date of installation was scheduled and they were at our house on time and the install was completed within a couple of hours.
