New Installation.
The old damaged insulation on cooled refrigerant pipe from air\-condition unit to the house was not replaced. I had to ask to to replace it. That should be part of the installation. PVS condensed water drainage pipe at the furnace was installed several inches of the unit sticking too far out obstructing passing by. Adjusted by myself. Additionally, only very little information about the units was provided. Perhaps I am too nosy but it would be nice to know something about the design, capacity, warranty, maintenance and maybe some other small interesting notes about the, for me, new system.
