This was a great experience from start to finish! Dean and his team are fantastic. My home needed a refresh on the AC equipment as it was quite dated and I wanted to get it replaced before I started having equipment failures. Dean had somebody out to the house, they got me a quote the same day. Their quote was right inline with what I expected. Not the cheapest and far from most expensive. The FBI crew showed up on time as scheduled, and got right to work. They did an amazing job removing the old equipment, getting the new equipment installed, and having the nasty old stuff pulled from my attic removed. These guys are pros. Cleaned up after themselves, and got my thermostats programmed up. Did it on a day when it was 109F out and the house cooled down very quickly after we got the new units fired up. All I can say is EXCEPTIONAL. And very happy with FBI!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK FBI!
