These guys were great but the only reason they didn't get a five\-star from me is because they didn't have the paperwork but it goes with the unit. We went to the office the next day to pick up the paperwork and they didn't have it so they're going to have to mail it to us. Not a big deal it just seems like it should have been available with the unit installation.

Paid $23,795 to have them design and install HVAC system in new house construction through my contractor. they installed 2 @ 16 SEER 3 ton units one for the front of the house and one for the back and 2@ 3 ton split units for the garage. they placed both Nest thermostats and returns in the same hall so the front with all the windows wouldn't cool. air balance was off as well. When brought up Mark Reinke said he would have to move the thermostat to the room to be controlled and would charge me to do that. My audio tech told me to google Nest and look for a remote thermostat which was available for $38.00 and fixed that problem. I had to get the Register of contractors involved to get the other issues resolved. They sent out an inspector that reported he failed to meet requirements of A.R.S 32\-1154(A) and required him to fix the problems. It seems that they do not know the equipment they install of don't care about the customer after they have been paid. I now have a P6 error code on one of the split units and will see how they respond to fixing this. The general contractor was fired prior to completion and I fear they may have been friends. I only hope that he can get past his issues and service the equipment he installed in a professional manor.
