Bennings Heating and Air is a 5 star business. Mark and his crew have never had us waiting for service. When we call with a problem, they are here within a couple of hours and we are always pleased with that service. He has a knowledgeable and a very hard working crew. Also, When Mark (Owner) needs to be on the scene, as he was with our last issue, he is here, making sure everything is right. He is hands on. This is very unusual in a lot of today's owner/operator's relationship with customer's. On the afternoon of Thursday 8/11, our old Carrier unit was destroyed by our ongoing power failures and surges, due to Entergy's cutbacks and lack of modernizing equipment. Anyway, a Bennings serviceman was here within a couple of hours of our call, only to find the unit was no longer able to function. So, Mark got on it, found us a great deal on a new unit and it was installed and running before 10am on Friday 8/12, the very next morning. I would like to include a story here, where we had a breakdown with a unit, years ago, in the winter. Our children were very young and we desperately needed heat. We called Bennings, Mark shuffled some calls to get to us asap. Why? Because he knew we had little kids and I quote, "You guys have children, let me move a couple of jobs around, so we can get you some heat for those kids". We will never forget that, and that is 1 of many reasons we will always recommend Bennings Heat and Air to any and everyone, who may ask for a recommendation.
