The service technicians were knowledgeable, hard working, courteous and answered all of our questions. We were disappointed in the sales representative though. He forgot to call us and let us know when we were scheduled and wasn't honest about adding additional freon. When we moved in may 2024. A few weeks later on a long weekend one of our 2 AC unit stopped working. We called to get help as the house was too hot to be in it. We e got the run around and eventually got a lady who said she is the just the intact person and she has to forward the information to online. Eventually a technician called back and said we need to pay 200 for him to come. I told him.we just moved into he home and it is still under warranty.
