excellent service for replacement unit
Service is technician dependent, as I had the fall maintenance done on my system several months ago and was told "all was well" even though my power bill had nearly doubled. Several months later I got a call from my power company warning that my power consumption indicated something was wrong. I called Southern Comfort again, and a different technician came out. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the options. The next day the crew came out and installed a new unit in 1/2 a day! So, the 1st technician did not check the refrigerant level or would have found the problem; the 2nd was great, and based on the service the 2nd time around I would definitely recommend this company.
