Orlando, April 23, 2024 —Carrier proudly welcomes Tim Corcoran and Greg Harnist of Cincinnati, OH into the Carrier Dealer Hall of Fame. They are a Distinguished Dealer Award recipient, five-time President’s Award honoree, and have received numerous other awards from Habegger Corporation. Tim and Greg started Corcoran & Harnist Heating and Air in 1980 and set up shop in the historic Western Hills Viaduct building in 1983 before moving to their current location in 2023. Over the years, Corcoran & Harnist have partnered with Carrier on product development, most recently serving on the 59 series gas furnace dealer development team. With over $80M in lifetime purchases, Corcoran & Harnist has helped Carrier become synonymous with excellence in Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana. Additionally, several of their employees have been with them for over 40 years and are a testament to their team-focused, high-energy company culture.

Corcoran & Harnist have been pillars of their community and regularly support nonprofits, high school activities, sports, programs and leagues, and special events. Most notably, Corcoran & Harnist participate yearly in the Heat the Country Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) weatherization program to service low-income households and have been very active with Habitat for Humanity for over 25 years.
