CS training will prepare field technicians to confidently install, commission, troubleshoot, and edit an i-Vu system utilizing Field Assistant. This course is designed to develop an efficient field technician for a job site right away.

Who should attend this training

The CS course has been developed for Carrier Field Office field technicians/engineers who are new to the Carrier i-Vu Tools hardware and software.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this course, each student should be able to:

  • Install and proficiently use the i-Vu Tech Tool Suite
  • Perform essential system and network troubleshooting 
  • Wire and configure a VVT system
  • Wire and configure a VAV system

Training Methods Used

This course is instructor-led in a classroom setting with extensive hands-on tasks to present the material. Student’s achievement of the learning objectives is determined by successful completion of the course and final exam.
