Infinity System Control SYSTXCCITC01-C is excellent

I had the Carrier Infinity System Control Model Number: SYSTXCCITC01\-C installed a few months ago. I really like the way it looks and controls my Greenspeed heat pump and high efficiency Infinity furnace. WiFi control is simple from anywhere you have an internet connection. The touch controls are set up in a logical fashion and easy to use. Programing is easy as it walks you through it for complete control of your daily routine heating and cooling requirements. I can also see the operating condition of my HVAC system. I wish the main display had options to display more data such as operating air flow cfm, actual fan speed in RPM, and static pressure in WC. Regarding the iPhone app, I wish the app was laid out better and had this information. I am a data person and like to see all that is going on. One more thing, I have the 1st generation Greenspeed and as such I cannot get the daily energy cost.

21st century product
It has too many options. We have lost WiFi connection twice in the past 12 months. It happened the day before we left on a trip and was not able to get fixed. Had to ask a neighbor to monitor the system while are away

Find it smoothly flows between transitions Do find that lowering the temperature takes far longer on auto than if I switch to manual. I am fine with that and have not requested help from service provider

Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
