Terrible thermostat. The Ecobee "crashed" entire HVAC system. Never has accurate temperature readings.

These are the worst thermostats I've ever had. Want to take a hammer to them. I have two recently installed with two new HVAC systems. The Ecobee cannot maintain proper temperature, registers incorrect temperature, and simply does not work. To make matters worse, one of the Ecobee just crashed and made the entire HVAC system 100% inoperable. A service tech from the company that installed the Ecobees was at my home yesterday to reset the system so that the HVAC worked again. The service tech informed me that the Ecobee is not a good thermostat and recommended that both Ecobees be replaced. Both Ecobee's will be removed and replaced with more reliable thermostats.
