New Carrier furnace

Replaced my 12 year old Carrier furnace, with a new, updated model. After consulting with Modern Air Solutions, I decided not to put any more money into the old unit, which had served me well, but was serviced improperly, by other repair companies. Between the unit itself, the new thermostat, and filtering system, I am completely satisfied to this point. I also went with the maintenance program offered my Modern Air, and now won't have to worry about scheduling my seasonal checkups. It's all taken care of by them, which also extends the labor part of the warranty. All in all, I am very pleased with my investment.
We switch from Oil to Gas heat, why did I wait so long?

We selected Carrier product based on reviews and value for the money. The high efficiency furnace does an amazing job of quietly maintaining our 1920's era home at a consistent temperature.

I've had Carrier eq. all my adult life. This is the fourth furnace in three homes. Soon to replace the A.C. also. Our small town is fortunate to have super dealers. Great products and super salespeople. Very helpful and the follow\-up service is second to none. It's like having a service man in my home. Thanks Willis.

1. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
2. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Lifetime heat exchanger parts limited warranty period is 20 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a lifetime heat exchanger parts limited warranty. See warranty certificate for details.
This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
