This furnace is 2 years old now, no problems so far. Hope it last 25 years like my last carrier.

Very happy with furnace units.
Stop working in very cold nights

In this winter the furnace stopped working multiple times in very cold nights (\-10 C). We replaced new filter and had sensor cleaned by installer but it happened again. The burner turns off and power indicator blinking. We have to manually switch off furnace and back on again to start working. Hope you can have your technician advise. Thanks.

Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.

This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
