I leave the fan on 24x7 however, the fan speed cannot handle keeping the temperature balanced throughout the house. I asked the company who installed the furnace if the speed can be increased and they replied that it couldn't.

Inadequate fan \- the unit does not push out an adequate amount of air. What is the point in producing an adequate amount of heat or cold if the heat or cold does not reach into the rooms? Is this the definition of high efficiency \- that the fan motor uses so little energy that it cannot blow an appropriate amount of hot air or warm air into the rooms? I put a Kleenex on top or our register and the Kleenex barely moves!

1. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
2. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Lifetime heat exchanger parts limited warranty period is 20 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a lifetime heat exchanger parts limited warranty. See warranty certificate for details.
This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
