Furnace has preformed very well. Home is warm and comfortable. heat is very easy. furnace and fan is quiet. Have noticed a little higher utility bill than last year. The company that sold the furnace and installed was great to work with and was very helpful. We were able to select the heating/cooling system that met our needs and budget. We had the previous Carrier for over 20 years.

I have always had Carrier products in the past and they have always proven to be very energy efficient and very reliable. So when it came time to replace our heating and cooling system we did shop around but went back to Carrier which has never let us down. Both the manufacturer and the local distributor have very good customer service and always stand by their product. Hoping to get ma y years out of this state of the art furnace!!!!!

Have experience two recent issues with the A/C. The first message outlined a "potential coil freezing." Fagnan's came out and checked the unit. Service guy increased the fan speed which appears to have corrected the error message. If it happens again, the plan is to change out the thermostat. However, have reported to Fagnan's there is now a higher noise level in the duct works. In addition another message outlining to clean the filter or change. When Fagnan's was here on the frozen coil issue, the filter was changed. Suspect the senor system and or the thermostat maybe causing this notification issue which has also been reported to Fagnan's. Await Fagnan's to call to arrange another visit to check out the two recent reported issues.

1. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.

This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
