OK HVAC system
August 21, 2020
Our HVAC was the builder choice. I think the A/C is marginal in terms of capacity. Once, when gone for a week in the summer, it took it overnight to recover 5 degrees of temperature with the filter removed. That was unacceptable. Under normal circumstances it handles temperature well. But the furnace motor burned out in less than 5 years which is unacceptable.
