Our 130 year old home has never been as comfortable temperature wise as it is with the Infinity 98 Gas Furnace. The furnace heats the home up quickly and then motors down keeping the house comfortable with very little fan noise. The air filtration is also top notch. Love the interactive wifi connected thermostat. It is really a terrific furnace.

Turned the heat on this week as temperatures dropped. The heat came on almost immediately. We couldn't hear it \- the furnace is incredibly quiet. We know it's on primarily because the cat sits on the vents when warm air is blowing. It's a multi\-stage unit that seems to generate a very even heat\- far superior to the builder grade unit that we replaced. While it is still early in the ownership cycle, we couldn't be happier. And, with a 10 year parts and labor warranty \- we have peace of mind! I would be negligent if I didn't mention the new Carrier thermostat \- highly intuitive and easy to use.

I live in the Cleveland, OH area (Parma) and I just had the furnace installed last month (August). The humidity for the last month or so has been very high, and so have the temperatures. So, the only feature of the new furnace unit that I can rate right now is the ultra\-quiet variable speed fan (obviously, in the summer, the fan also runs the a/c). Unbelievably, the fan is seemingly quieter than even what the company claims! Oh, the dealer that did the work (Lisco Heating and Cooling in North Royalton, OH) was amazing, and they are a great dealer for Carrier. Coincident with the new furnace, they also put in a new 200\-amp panel box, and I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work. I can't wait for those blustery Ohio winters to get here so that I can try out my new furnace already!

This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
