When I thought about the number of years I would have this furnace, I wanted the best. This furnace is so quiet that I can hardly hear it when I'm standing next to it. It's fun to see the expression on people's faces when I tell them that this system will send me an email when there is a problem or if the filter needs changing. The humidity is controlled perfectly and because it gets weather forecasts over the internet, it adjusts ahead of time for big temperature drops to prevent the windows from condensing. The phone app mimics the LCD screen of the thermostat so I can easily make changes wherever I am. Love it! Now I can't wait to see how the air conditioner will perform.

Had the carrier Furance and air conditioning units installed three weeks ago and so far the furance is a great improvement over our old Lennox unit. Carrier is much more quieter. It's hard to tell if it's running. The heat is equally spread throughout the house which is a great improvement. Happy camper so far.

Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.

This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
