I bought this product, carrier infinity modulating furnace, at the end of December 2018 from Lowe?s in New Westminster, BC. The dealer installed it early January 2019. Now we are in March 2019 which means it has been only two months since the installation and it has stopped working in three occasions. The dealer is responsive in terms repairing it when they're contacted but three times for a brand new furnace which cost more than $6500 not including tax and the filter ( total came at $7800) If it?s an installation error please make sure that the dealer is better trained on that part. You are offering only warranty for the parts and very limited time offer for the labor! Please stand behind your product and offer me a proper installation or a refund of my purchase.? When I called Lowe?s installation department on a Saturday to report the stoppage of the furnace they told me to wait until Monday. Is this a proper answer when a furnace stops working during the winter time? I?m very very disappointed with this purchase.

1. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
2. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Lifetime heat exchanger parts limited warranty period is 20 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a lifetime heat exchanger parts limited warranty. See warranty certificate for details.
This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
