Gas valve was defective after 6 months. Cost $360 in labor to have replaced. This is insane as it was obviously defective from the factory. Turns out factory left a plastic cap inside inlet pipe which apparently caused the problem. Replacement should have been free

Corrosion evident on furnace body and access panel. This unit is 2 years in service. Warranty does not apply according to my installer. My previous unit lasted 40 years with no corrosion. Stay away from this equipment.

Constant "Limit 13 Lockout" errors that the installer can't fix and don't do a thing to even out heat in all the rooms of my house as promised. Will save you money on heating bill if paired with fancy "smart" thermostat, but doubt it will ever make sense from a TCO. Having to pay the dealer every year to inspect it just to maintain the warranty is a hidden cost and does not equate to confidence that the product has a good warranty.

1. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
2. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Lifetime heat exchanger parts limited warranty period is 20 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a lifetime heat exchanger parts limited warranty. See warranty certificate for details.
This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
