We have two units. The oldest is working beautifully. 5 Stars. The newest one in the Master Bedroom has a heater that spontaneously turns on to a high level and awakens us from sleep and increases the temperature several degrees above the set temperature. The installer has tried many things to correct the problem but it still persists. Awakened night before last. It does keep us warm. This has been going on starting right after instillation over 3 years ago.

We wanted a furnace that operates quietly and efficiently and the Infinity 98 definitely meets those criteria. It operates in the lower heat ranges most of the time and we don't even notice the furnace is operating most of the time because it's so quiet. We are very happy with our purchase.

Gas Valve stopped working after 3 years in use. Although the parts is under warranty, we had to pay the labour charges to replace the new gas valve.

1. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Warranty period is 5 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.
2. To the original owner on eligible equipment for eligible residential applications. Lifetime heat exchanger parts limited warranty period is 20 years if not registered within 90 days. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a lifetime heat exchanger parts limited warranty. See warranty certificate for details.
This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
