Saving money

I have saved lot of money my power bill dropped about 50% from the old furnace and HVAC have gas furnace also saving about 25% a month great savings really pleased we bought before the virus about two months

Operation of this furnace has been almost flawless. Only one issue since it was installed due to a stuck gas valve which was diagnosed and replaced immediately by our service technician and under warranty. Great product would definitely recommend.
Poor performance.

I've had several items replaced due to them not working. Although the parts were covered by warranty, the labor costs were not. I'm not happy.

Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will automatically receive a 10-year parts limited warranty, which can be changed to the 5-year parts, plus a 3-year labor option on eligible equipment within the first 90 days after installation. The 5-year parts, plus 3-year labor warranty option is available only if the installing dealer/contractor has elected to participate in the Consumer Choice warranty program and has accepted the Consumer Choice dealer terms and conditions.

This furnace does not comply with SCAQMD Rule 1111 or SJVAPCD Rule 4905, which places a NOx emission limit of 14 ng/J. Therefore, this unit is not eligible to be installed in the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) nor the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD).
