Heater seems to heat well and be efficient. It is a bit noisy, though it is in a closet off my living space, as I live in a townhouse.

Poor quality and sloppy workmanship. A frustrating, time-consuming and disappointing situation.

In the last year, I have had to replace the following: The Blower Motor, the Blower Wheel, Blower Housing, a faulty bracket switch. I have had to pay extra for the company I work with to come out to assess this situation and replace these parts. And when they ordered the parts, which took several weeks, you sent a broken part and I had to wait a few weeks for the replacement to be sent from Mexico. I am asking that you provide some sort of reimbursement or at least pay for maintenance on the furnace. Right now I could not recommend purchasing your products. Please get back to me to discuss.
