Carrier Needs to FIX the Zombie fan cycling PROBLEM!

Needs true OFF capability. Faulty design of dissipation board turns fan ON periodically, EVEN in WINTER season. This also makes the unit a FIRE HAZARD. So, BEFORE YOU ORDER ANY CARRIER SYSTEM, ASK IF THIS IS FIXED YET. My dealer and I have tried to contact Carrier about this but NO USEFUL RESPONSE SO FAR!
