We were very pleased with the 3 team members who installed our new Carrier furnace and AC units. They arrived early in the day and worked hard and efficiently for at least 4 -5 hours. Also very knowledgeable, professional and explained operation of the equipment well. We feel lucky to have had a great first experience with Gillette Services. Great Job.

This was installed via the builder so all I know about is that it was installed and it still works.

Our interaction with Gillette Services has been professional and satisfying from the initial sales call to the follow up services. The salesperson who came to our home was friendly, respectful and informative. He answered all the questions we had about the product, explaining the technical aspects in an easy-to-understand manner. The actual installers were quick and efficient, and installed the unit without disrupting our household. The technician who came to do a service check-up was friendly, efficient and thorough. She explained the steps she was taking and made sure we understood how the furnace, heat pump, and air conditioner worked and what we could do to make sure the unit performed efficiently. Overall, we are glad we made the decision to switch to Gillette Services.

We received our new furnace & ac cooling unit on 12/31/2024. We worked with Sales Advisor Brad Avis. He answered all of our questions & did everything possible to make the contract as smooth as possible. His service technician team was very respectful, clean, & efficient. I would personally like to thank Jesse, Jordan, Robby, Braxton, & Brandon for working so quickly & professionally!

Braxtin and Shawn did an excellent job. They were also clean and neat and did a total cleanup when finished. They explained how to run the thermostat very clearly.

Fantastic customer service

They jury rigged an apron between the hvac coil and furnace and didn't show me the work. I reported it to the dealer and they are working on getting it replaced. The techs weren't great at explaining the work. They also stated no maintenance is required but the manufacturer manual stated otherwise.

All of our experience with Gillette Heating and AC has been outstanding! They have all been very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to work with. Definitely FIVE STARS! I wish we could give them more!!

I received a letter in the mail for a possible rebate program. I was a little hesitant at first to call and set an appointment, but eventually, I did, and I am glad I moved forward with the system. I met with the Gillette HVAC team, and we reviewed my current system. It was old, and I knew that it was time to start looking for a replacement. The company was very professional and did not pressure me into the purchase. They answered my questions and allowed me time to review the equipment and make my decision. I was surprised that they were able to get the system installed so quickly. They had a team of installers out the next week putting everything together. My old ducting system needed some additional T\&C and they took care of it at the original agreed price. They took care of all of the rebate and warranty processes as well. I would highly recommend Gillette HVAC to my friends and family.

I had a new install The teams, integrity, teamwork, attention to detail, quality workmanship and customer service were beyond reproach . They removed all the trash from the work area and vacuumed all areas where insulation and dust had fallen from vent holes. Their professionalism, exude energy professionalism and pride of work.

Very professional and thought outside the box to get my large old furnace out of a small crawlspace opening. Got the job done in a timely matter.

We got a letter in the mail offering to upgrade, and even purchase, our furnace and thought it was too good to be true. But the estimate matched a different company's and with the 0% for 6 years promotion, the deal became one hard to turn down. The service was excellent. The installation crew seemed to know what they were doing, and now nearly a month later, we are still pleased with the furnace and air conditioning unit that was installed.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Gillette Heating and Air. They did a great job of installing my new furnace and air conditioning unit. Making sure it was working then cleaned up everything before they left. I would recommend them to others.

They replaced our furnace and installed our first\-ever air conditioner. It was a little tricky adding AC into an existing multilevel house, and a pipe ended up needing to go out the roof because of the floor plan, something they would have preferred to avoid. When I had a roofing contractor come to quote removing the old swamp cooler, I asked him to check on the vent, and he said they did a good job on it. Installers were friendly, patient with curious homeowners, pet, and child. They helped us register and set up our thermostat, and also talked us through the few things we would need to do to maintain our new appliances before they left. They cleaned up after themselves and were more careful of our carpet than I would have been.
