Great staff to work with from the office to the installers. Our 12yr old son is bed ridden and lives in the living room. They did not disturb him one bit. Our new air handler and heat pump were quickly installed with no problems noted. Installers were knowledgeable and answered all my questions and explained the new equipment and thermostat controls. System is working well and I enjoy the wifi controlled thermostat. Installers were pleasant and courteous.

They did a good job providing us with options: repair old system vs. several replacement options. Once system was order they kept us apprised of delivery delays. Installation went smoothly.

Stone Heating and air was great to work with. Matt was a total professional and exactly the type of person I like to do business with. We had an issue with our old HVAC setup and he was able to find me the exact HVAC setup I was looking for during Covid when you cannot find anything and got it done quickly. We needed to completly replace our 40 year, worn out AC unit, from vents to return ducs. We shopped around and no one could beat Stone Heating and Air prices. We are absolutely thrilled and completly satisfied that we chose Stone. The results are excellent. Within 3 days our HVAC system project was completed. The installers worked the last day until 8:00pm so that we would have AC for the upcoming hot weekend. We asked many questions during the installation process and the installers took time to explained everything we asked about, as if we were family. The job was done right, without cutting any corners. The crew was clean, respectful and even put down floor covering so they wouldn't accidently track any dirt into my home. Due to COVID\-19, our AC unit was going to be delayed by months, so Stone asked if we would be agreeable to an upgrade with no additional charges to us. We ended up with not just a AC unit but a bigger unit that is also a Heat Pump and will serve the duel function of cooling and heating our home. Would I recommend them to to family and friends? You bet and I have already!

Although under a different name, the individuals have serviced my HVAC unit for 14 years, and done so with a great deal of expertise, and for the most part on a timely basis!
