Chesapeake Comfort Systems is a wonderful company in every aspect. The girls in the office are always pleasant and helpful, Wes the owner (I believe)) cares enough to listen to what you are calling about, and gently explains everything to you. I was extremely pleased with Shawn and Chance the two HVAC technicians who came to install my new condenser, board and coil. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. They worked efficiently, explained what they were doing, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left, even better than when they got here. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took with my home. In every way, they exceeded my expectations. Thank you for sending such a great team!

Needless delay occured when the equipment was shipped to Tennesse ?? rather than to the installer in Maryland for install at my home in Delaware.

I got estimates from MANY places and after dealing with "salespeople" I had an actual tech arrive from Chesapeake Comfort Systems and he answered all my questions and he gave me the best quote on a full on a complete Carrier system. I've been very satisfied since the heat pump had been installed and I feel secure with the warrantee that is in place. I also am pleased that they are very close by and they can be at my door very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody. They did a fantastic job!

HVAC equipment replacement went well without a hitch. Staff showed up on time, completed the repairs efficiently, workmanship was top notch. I asked twice for an ongoing service contract, I have not received a response.

Dealer was very good but the unit is very noisy. They came into set it to quieter mode but unit continues to make high pitched noise and screech when it stops.

The personal were great ! Shaun was helpful with all our questions and calmed the nerves down as replacement of the heating and air handler were a big project . The new system is a 10 quiet and so much more effective Great company !
