Bought from Home Depot Carrier found a 2016 in the warehouse installed in my house in 2020 I got screwed
Great unit

Went to the Hybrid system from an all LP 16 year old and loud system. The new system has performed well with little to no noise. It has taken a little getting use to electric heat but it has been a pleasant surprise.
