Didn’t expect the carrier equipment to be so faulty and cheap. After the installation the outdoor unit didn’t work at all, upon further troubleshooting, a new one had to be ordered and a brand new install that took 3 weeks to take place. After the new installation there was a loud sound and the new unit stopped working too. Had to call installer again, and was told blower fan was out of its assembly. A new part needed to be ordered for the replacement unit. I am worried about the longevity of my install. Like buying a brand new car and I’ve already replaced the engine and transmission in the first month. What happens once my warranty is up??
