Not bad air conditioner

The system is fine. It cools my house. But, I'm not sure how the 2 cycle system works. There is nothing in thermostat that tells me if the system is in low or high cycle. I've had an issue with a load screeching sounds. But, service techs couldn't figure out what was happening. So, not completely satisfied with unit.
Our coolest summer ever (even though the thermometer broke all time record highs)

Previously we had used evaporative coolers. Which were OK if the temps were under 95 and it was not humid. Neither of these was true this year and the Carrier systems (we have two units) performed very well.

Over 45 years with Carrier and very few repair calls.

Perhaps too early to judge but unit seems functional, compatible with existing furnace, and hopefully will perform as is for years to come.

Everything has been perfect since the installation of my new Carrier HVAC system
I have had problem after problem with this I unit.

Rescue one air sold me this unit. Since the October purchase I have had them come out for issues with the unit at least 7 times. In fact they are scheduled to come out today to look at unit. For this latest issue I have wanted the temp to go down to 73, it hasn’t gone below 78. It’s been doing that for several days. I can feel some cold air but it’s just not strong enough. In the past the other issues have been no cold air at all.
