I should have called Russ first
We had a complex problem that we interviewed 7 HVAC companies to help us solve. Russ was the ONLY one that suggested real science based solutions and not just guesswork. He was also the only one with prior experience to install more complicated equipment. We had severe humidity and mold in our ducts. Russ gave us confidence he knew what he was doing and his install team does as well. They were AHEAD of time, professional, neat, detail oriented and courteous. They handled our indecision and scrutiny with professionalism and patience. We would strongly recommend Russ and his team, Robert and Duke. Ultimately our 2011 home needed a smaller HVAC than the one we had, brand new duct system, enlarged return. We also agreed to install a whole house dehumidifier to help assist in our high moisture region as well as an ERV to help get some fresh air into our very tightly insulated home. To help clean the air from the past problem he also installed air purifiers on both units and new smart Cor thermostats. We are so confident our problem is behind us and fresh, efficient air is ahead. We cannot thank them enough! Jen and Ruben
