Called another HVAC company first. They were not a Carrier dealer like Mann\-In and tried to overcharge me for a part that I found out would not fix the problem after 3 visits. Since they were not a Carrier dealer, the tech could not figure out the problem and I ended up paying for parts I did not need. But the tech tried to overcharge me for one of parts.
