We have been using this dealer for regular maintenance and repairs for years and have been very happy with the service. For this particular experience, they were replacing a Condenser, Evaporator and Gas Furnace and it was an all day job in hot and humid conditions. The crew excelled themselves and worked until 7pm to complete the installation of the new equipment and did not leave until they ensured everything was working properly. It was time to replace the full HVAC systems upstairs and down. Mathew, Marshall and their installation teams are great. Before they provided the bid, they came to our home, inspected the old systems, evaluated flow, returns and the whole system design. When they provided the bid, they explained the process, time, reasons for system corrections ( from prior contractor installed old units; they tried \- but missed a few things.\-:) ), and cost benefit and the more efficient operations of the new systems. Impressed and pleased. The systems are installed. Great installation team\- quiet and clean process ( for HVAC installation.). Since our systems were so old, we did not want to have them fail in below zero winter weather or 100 degree summers here in DFW. This business has been easy to deal with from the beginning. A local Carrier competitor had quoted a higher price for 1 component to be replaced A\-coil. This business basically replaced the entire air handler, and added dampers in all the ductwork for under $300.00 of other bid. The competitor had been my HVAC company since I moved her in 2016. they will not be used anymore.
