Rating on a complete 3 ton Infinity Carrier HVAC System
We are very pleased with the complete installation and performance of our new Carrier 3 ton Infinity HVAC System which was installed on June 28, 2021. It is by far the quietest operating HVAC system we have ever experience. Our outside condenser unit is located less than 13 feet away from our covered patio area and we cannot hear the condenser unit running while sitting on our patio. Our Sales Rep Laurie Dunner was very profession and did an excellent job keeping us informed and updated. The only problem that we have encountered is that Carrier failed to ship the thermostat for our unit to Loch\-Ridge Priest Inc. We were told last week by Laurie that our system had been escalated to the President of Carrier and that our thermostat was being shipped directly to Laurie,
