The problem occurred when the technicians were in my attic installing the new coil and all of a sudden water started pouring from the air conditioning vent in one of our rooms; when I saw the water, I climbed the ladder to the attic and yelled to the lead tech that water was coming in on our table and on to the hardwood flooring; a rug was in the center of the floor and it was wet also. He said he had cut a hose and the water got away from him; he stopped the water quickly, but we still had water on the three surfaces noted above. If we had not seen this happening as soon as it started, we could have have had a real disaster on our hands. As it was, we were able to wipe up the water and it did not do any damage. However, it should not have happened at all.

New System Rocks
We've had service with Christianson A/C\-Plumbing since we bought our new house nearly 9 years ago. They have always been on time and very professional. The quality of their work is great and that's why we've selected them each time as our service provider for our A/C requirements. We recently discovered we had a cracked drain pan and discovered the cost of the repair would have been nearly 1/5th of the cost of a new system altogether. We had just paid a service contract and had to replace an electrical switch but we were informed we'd have that cost fully refunded if we bought a new system. We elected to go with the new system given the cost to repair ratio and the age of our old system. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the work which involved a very difficult to fit air handler system in the attic of the house. The new model is an upgrade to our old unit and we're confident we'll have lower utility bills. I'd recommend both Christianson and Carrier products to all our friends and family.
