Took 2 weeks to repair AC in a brand new house
We moved into a brand new house, and our AC was not working from day one. It took Airtron almost two weeks to come and fix it. Their scheduling is highly inconvenient – they either send someone randomly or give you a 20\-minute window to be home, otherwise, they leave and charge you around $120 to return at their "convenient" time. Their "emergency service" is far from urgent; they take their time addressing critical issues. I would not recommend using this company if you have other options.

The A/C went out last night, we called this morning and they set up an appointment for tomorrow. 5\-minutes later a person called, said we had to purchase their (airtron's) extended warranty. Removed and replaced cooling and heating system. Installation team did well, very friendly and professional. Insulated the intake area to help with efficiency and noise, it was not previously insulated. Went above the call of duty when discovered my system didn't come with the needed filter, the installer went to the local Walmart and purchased the correct filter from his own pocket. Do to the tight confines of my indoor AC closet there was minor damage to closet edge above intake.

Its a bad job but someone has to replace their system
Airtron identified the issue on my unit after another company sold me $800 in parts that were not related to the problem nor did they fix the issue. Airtron replaced the unit for much less than the other company bid. I used Airtron for many years but at some point about 10 years ago, I was lured by cheaper prices from another firm. However, the new firm became more expensive and also have completed some poor installations that were discovered when my brother helped me install a Honeywell Wifi thermostat after they could not figure out why the device would not work with my unit. I paid for a service call and the guy could not fix it. I was glad to see that Airtron is providing quality service at a good price.
