It seems, for all of us, things happen at the most inconvenient time. Our 18 year old gas furnace dying was no exception. From start to finish the experience was handled professionally and with expertise. We were offered a temporary source of heat until the replacement could be done. Suggestions were made to improve the airflow in our old home. Although there was increased cost with the suggested improvements, we viewed it as an investment in our home and long term comfort. We are not disappointed in the upgrades that we agreed to. We are able to keep our thermostat set at a lower temperature and the system doesn't have to work as hard to heat our home. We are looking forward to seeing the difference when it is time to cool the house. Thanks for a job well done.
