Matt and his team at Hastings Heating \& Cooling responded to our emergency (furnace red tagged) immediately and recommended a great solution that met our expectations. Matt is very knowledgeable and provided a solution that met our requirements without trying to upsell us and he educated us on how to get a couple of rebates we were unaware of. In the end we replaced our furnace 12 yrs. old, central air conditioner and hot water heater both original (29 yrs. old) and feel we got a very fair deal. I can't say enough about the great and friendly service Matt provides. We feel like we made a friend and will call on him again!
