HORRIFIC SERVICE
Pete lied constantly on a furnace/AC installation that should have taken a week, and finally fired him after 8 months. Pete kept all the money paid for an installation that was never finished. As a result, didn't get a single rebate that was available from Carrier at the time of purchase, or the power company rebate for installing the mini-split air source system. Pete tried selling non-Carrier products to increase his profits, lied about the products, and caught him in the lies. After talking to other people on the Iron Range, realized never should have hired him. Lies, deceit, and dozens of no-shows. Didn't even get the furnace I wanted because he didn't want to sell the more expensive furnace. Pete made a furnace/AC upgrade very agonizing. When asked other Carrier dealers in the area to step in and help, they wouldn't because it is a brotherhood that won't help when one of them screws up because they don't want to step on each other's toes. Carrier, you need to find better agents that represent your products.

Pete for Heat at Arrowhead Heating & Cooling
This is my second Carrier furnace I've had to buy. The first one lasted 22 years which I didn't think was a long life span, but was told when you burn propane they don't last as long. Pete \& his crew installed the new one is less than a day.
