We love Cool Air Services. They've been taking care of my parents in Florida for decades. Their attention to my parents and the services they provide are spectacular! Mandy, Jeremy and their staff take great care of my parents. They come whenever my parents call them for an issue. They're knowledgeable, friendly, professional and just the nicest people you could ever meet. We needed a new blower and a new condenser for an old system. Mandy and I talked about how the parts on each had been serviced and/or replaced over the years and that it was time to install two new pieces of equipment. They came yesterday and installed the equipment and my Mom says it's working beautifully! My parents have aged and they need help. I'm 1500 miles away in Boston so knowing Mandy, her staff and Cool Air is there for my parents is a comfort and a relief. They are the loveliest people and my mother loves them all. The techs are so kind when they pay a service call and my mother loves seeing them. I cannot recommend them enough or say enough good things about Cool Air Services. They are simply the best!!!

The guys are the best. I have never seen the high level of competence that the employees of this Carrier Dealer exhibit. Not only did their equipment selection fill the bill, but they're commitment to a first class installation. makes Carrier a better brand of equipment to install. I was in the refrigeration business for over 50 years in various positions, and have never seen an installation as good as the one they performed on my system.

The crew that installed our new A/C system was very efficient. I would add a sixth block to the above three items. Very satisfied from start to finish.
