We just had to replace our Carrier\-Infiniti air carrier in our house. When we initially found a leak in the original system (\~13 yrs old), the team was really helpful in trying to move quick to isolate the issue so that we could figure out what had to be replaced. Once that was done, the owner came out walk through the options, frankly made it really easy and painless as possible. Whether it's the technicians or anyone else, everything that happens is logged on tablets they're carrying, all pricing is transparent, no games, etc. When the new one was being installed, they had a whole crew of people at our house to ensure that everything was done in a single day and that it was working perfectly before they left. Considering this all happened during the peak of the spring maintenance schedule, I appreciate how quickly they moved to get this all done before the serious heat season hit. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
