We needed to replace our 20 yr old furnace and AC. Phil came out and reviewed our existing system, analyzed our heating and cooling requirements, and provided quotes on four replacement options. When it came to the installation, Franklin and his crew did a great job. They were on time and Franklin took the time to explain their process and the alterations needed for the new higher efficiency furnace. I'm so very happy with my furnace/AC installation with IMS. German Gutierrez and Austin Snell were a terrific team! German went over everything with me on day one of the project and was so pleasant to work with! I had the utmost confidence that German was doing an excellent job leading the project and troubleshooting any issues that came up. I had a 30\-year\-old furnace and a 20\-year\-old A/C unit that were being replaced and German had to do some unique retro\-fitting during my project. He always took the time to bring me in to discuss any issues and the possible options. I also appreciate that their supervisor stopped by to check on how things were going. I work from home and both German and Austin were so considerate with entering and exiting my home with minimal disturbance to me. They were both very kind and I appreciate their knowledge and excellent customer service. When the Boulder County Inspector came to sign off on my permit, he was impressed with their work and told me, "They really did a great job. This is as good as it gets." I knew they did a great job, but it was great to hear that confirmation from the Inspector. I will highly recommend Home Depot/IMS. Thanks for making my project such a success!
