Our furnace died on the coldest day of the year with 2 feet of snow outside. Once we were told that we needed a new furnace, Nick came over the same day as we called (after hours, mind you) to look at our setup and give us an estimate. He was up front with the cost, provided us multiple options, and promised an expidited install (which they delivered on). Once we accepted their proposal, installation was prompt and as promised. The installation went very smoothly, and we mercifully have heat again! Thanks again for getting us up and running again.
