Malek Service

We originally contacted Malek to have our air ducts cleaned; we wound up purchasing an air filter system and receiving semi annual service/check ups. On the check up, the service man said that we really need a new HVAC system, which we already knew. Malek did such a good job explaining our options and answering our questions; they are very knowledgeable of their products. They also are very timely in their responses. They scheduled our appointments and they were there. No rescheduling or stalling or stammering. They are a great company to work with.

Got our coil and related equipment replaced before the heat set in. Very professional.

We had a Carrier unit installed at our business location. Malek did an excellent job with coordinating the bid, setting up the install, and conducting the full install. Communication was top\-notch and the techs were excellent. Very pleased!

Malek technicians Ryan and Riley are very polite and courteous. Chad was my salesman and he was very professional. They set up a solar system for me and replaced my old ac units; air handler and duct work including reworking vents. A big job and it was done promptly and expertly. I will use this company again.
