A Plus HVAC is to be commended for being a 5\-star company. I was truly impressed by how personable everyone was and by all the time they spent with me during the initial phase. They made me feel as "part of the family." The installation of my Carrier products was performed with competence, knowledge and efficiency. They were very cooperative providing excellent service throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to others. Thank you very much!

Working with A Plus HVAC on selecting, purchasing, and installing a new Carrier furnace and air conditioning unit was seamless and professional every step of the way. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs HVAC equipment and/or service.

Great experience with A Plus HVAC! We got 5 quotes for a complete gas furnace and central a/c replacement. We ended up choosing A Plus \- and we're happy we did. From the owners on through the tech/install crew, everyone was professional and friendly. They did a great job \- including a special request for a framed platform for the a/c. It came out great. Also, everything was cleaned up at the end. They explained everything, patiently answered all our questions and helped us every step of the way: including the MassSave HEAT program and even processing our MassSave rebates.

Appointment was timely. Work well done. Left the house clean.

Two New Furnace and AC Units were installed. Unfortunately, The installation did not meet with my expectations or good practices.

Every part of the process from beginning to end was handled very professionally. The team members at A Plus are very polite and personable.
