Furnace stopped working, called in and they were out the next day to inspect. Turned out my furnace was 20 years old and could be repaired but would only be about $500 cheaper than to replace. Cool Masters made it easy for me to get it replaced and was out the next business day to install the new furnace. The installers were very professional and explained any questions I had.

Jonathon diagnosed the problems with our previous system, which was 10 years old, and fully explained the nature and effects of those problems. He then detailed our options, including both repairs or replacements of specific elements, and the costs/benefits of each option. After we decided on a new system, he ensured that the installation was promptly and properly completed and we were fully satisfied with the entire process.

I should have gone to the website for Georgia Power first. There were 2 cool rebates listed on my estimate and I did not research them and I take full blame for that. I asked about them after the fact and was told they had expired. I went back to the Carrier website which linked me to the GA Power website. The 2 rebates were applicable to my unit, $50 for the air conditioner and $500 for the heat pump. However, when you click on Authorized dealers, the one I used was not an accepted vendor for the rebate. Like I said, I should have done a whole lot more research. I also have not seen reductions in my electric bill.

Coolmasters was able to explain everything thoroughly and absolutely zero pressure. They did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Couldn?t be more pleased.

In searching for a dealer to replace my HVAC system, I did have a lower quote. However, the thorough review and attention to detail provided by Cool Masters really impacted my decision to do business with them. In addition, Cool Masters also provides Quality Control Inspection within 14 Days of Startup, re\-inspection 6 months later to ensure proper operation and another inspection 12 months after installation. . .just to make sure! Throughout the quote, install, and first inspection I have met 6 employees of Cool Master and they were all great people. I'd recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs.

They installed a commercial Carrier unit on the roof of my business. They came on time with the crane truck and everything, looked very impressive.
