I can not say enough regarding how pleased we are with our total experience with Climate Masters. We were totally surprised when we learned we needed a totally new system. We met with Randy Vinson who explained all the options available (We moved from Northern Nevada) and had no idea about heat pumps; sizes or options. When he left we had a complete written estimate providing five different options and price points. There was never any sales pressure only good facts and explanations. We were able to get an install date within two days. Install team arrived on time and completed install two hours earlier than install time estimate. Totally polite crew; floor covering provided and complete cleanup when finished. Our new system has surprised our expiations. We are able to remove humidity from our home, an option we did not have with our original system. No more "sticky floors". We can not say enough how totally satisfied we are with Climate Masters personnel and Carrier products. Thank you Randy !

Carrier isn't the most inexpensive option, but knew that going in to the purchase. Climate Masters didn't try to "up sell" but provided appropriate information and assisted me making the best choices (two systems) given my circumstances. Great installation crew! They were on time, efficient and knocked out the two system installation in one day. Appreciated the time they took safeguarding all my home surfaces, and their cleanup was spot on! Between the salesman, owner, and crew, I was made to feel like a valued customer.
