Wish a better SEAR was offered when I got this, that I could afford. That said I like it as much as my prior gas pack. Being in the mid\-south we don't get long cold snaps, but gas as backup heat when it does is much nicer than heat strips (which I've experienced before).

I love the ease of use and the cooling and heating. Especially as the old unit in 230 year old house was so weak.This unit is a bit noisy when it starts up at times.. Otherwise completely satisfied so far.
